Internship Reflective from 2023 Stanford Pride Fellows
The Stanford Pride Fellowship (administered through the Haas Center for Public Service) strives to promote activism within the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) communities. Each year, we identify a handful of students to fund who are affecting positive change in the LGBTQ+ advocacy space.
Our 2023 Stanford Pride Fellows, Adelaide Barrett (she/her) ’25 and Zoey Hu (she/her) ’24 worked with The Outwords Archive in Los Angeles this summer to capture, preserve, and share the first-hand experiences of LGBTQ+ elders who attended major events in queer history.
They will present their fellowship experience on Saturday, January 27th, 2024 from 1-2 pm PST. This event is open to students, staff, and alumni!
We will also have a representative from the Haas Center to discuss the application process for interested students and ways for alumni to support the Stanford Pride Fellowship.
Join us to learn about the work done by the 2023 Stanford Pride Fellows! This program is sponsored by Stanford Pride.
